PREVIEW CHANGES AT MUSEUM
December 5, Thursday 2-6 pm
- Come visit the Children's Natural History Museum (a project of Math Science Nucleus) to see the progress we have made
- Meet Danny and Velia (right)who is so lifelike - you won't believe it! He will be talking dinosaurs
- Althea (below)will show off a reconstructed Ice Age horse found in the SF Bay Muds
- Learn about programs that we will be starting up again, including field trips
- Back in 2020 the successful efforts by Bob Wieckowski, former California State Senator (District 10), in securing funds to expand museum services is now taking shape.
- After 4 years (with pandemic inbetween) we finally have the interior of the building and some exterior parts repaired and renovated. Including new roof, air and heat, new flooring and much more
- We would like to invite scientists, educators, and people interested in all sciences and we seek to expand our STEM programs for children
- We are also looking for scientists/education who may want to do speciality classes
- The museum is not open to public yet as we need another year to get our larger exhbits together.
