Thanks to employees
(below)who spent 4 hours at the California Nursery helping with
3 projects including clearing ivy and blackberry at the Panana
Pacific International Expedition Palms; arranging and weeding
the trees near the Packing Shed; and weeding and chipping paths
in the Rose Garden area. Special thanks to Jennifer Diaz

who coordinated the event from Excelitas Technologies with the
Math Science Nucleus and City of Fremont. Math Science

Excelitas Technologies provides innovative, customized
optoelectronics and advanced electronic systems to a global
customer base of leading OEMs seeking

Excelitas Technologies' site in Fremont, California has been
operating since November of 2001. It is a 90,000 square foot
facility with approximately 45,000 square feet dedicated to
manufacturing operations.
There are approximately 200 employees
located at the facility, which includes Research and
Development, Operations, Product Management, Sales, G&A, and
others. Products manufactured at the facility
include: Cermax®
Xenon lamps for medical and video applications, and Photonics Flash
Lamps.
