The project is a construction project for four benches for
Tule Ponds. The project's goal is to create four outdoor
benches to be used once the park reopens after the COVID-19
pandemic. My father and I worked to buy, cut, and sand the
wood to ensure that is ready. Then, we worked to prime,
paint, assemble, and finally varnish the benches. Each bench
has all-weather protection and has 3 coats to ensure that
the benches will last in the elements. These will seat the
students of the park's numerous educational programs and
visitors to the park.
