On the first day, along with scouts Aadarsh Jonnagaladda, Aarnav Gupta, Divith Rajashekhar Gunari, Saatvik Veeramaneni, and myself, with my dad, Dinakar Veeramaneni, and adult leader Madhur Gupta present, we began the project by first trimming areas that were really worse for wear, widening up the trail in order to reduce potential accidents from snagging branches and roots. In total over 8 50 gallon tubs of material was taken away from the site in order to be turned into mulch. This workday lasted 3.5 hours, from 9:30 AM to around 1 P.M..

On the second day, along with Amaan Mohammed, Rehan Mohammed, Pranav Kocharlakota, and myself, with my dad, Dinakar Veeramaneni, and my Pranav's mom present, we began continued to trim out more areas, especially focusing on windswept areas that held dead trees and branches that were on the verge of falling down and potentially injuring hikers, so that they can be extracted later with a chainsaw. This workday lasted 3.5 hours, from 9:30 AM to around 1 P.M..

On the third and final day of the project, along with Amaan Mohammed, Rehan Mohammed, Arit Prince, Saatvik Veeramaneni, along with my dad and Arit's parents, several dead trees were chainsawed and used along the whole trail to reduce erosion by preventing water from freely flowing down the hill. Along the way, there was more foliage to cut to access these decaying branches and trunks.
