1. Burning a peanut.
   Describe what happens when your teacher ignites a peanut? 
   
   Why does the peanut burn so easily?
     
   What makes peanuts a good product to work with?
     
2. Shell several peanuts.  Describe or draw what you get?
     
3. Look at other peanut products. (Your teacher will give instructions.)
