WESLEY GORDON FOSSIL HALL including "Irvingtonian Fossils", the  "Boy Paleontologist" Room, "Bones of Vertebrates,"  and "Environments through Time"  exhibits.   
HALL OF STARS featuring the Miller Stardome and "Walk through Time" Exhibit which shows how the Earth evolved from 4.5 billion years ago to the present.
NATURE HALL including 100 year old specimens from the original DeYoung museum in San Francisco, collection of Otto Graff (Irvington High School teacher in the 1950's - 80's); and "Shells of the World Collection."
TOOLS OF EARLY HUMANS includes a collection of stone grinding materials, fish hooks, and arrowheads of early people in California.  See contents of a midden (trash area) of local Native Americans. (Part of the Mineral and Rock Hall)
MINERAL AND ROCK HALL is a collection  that illustrate how minerals are grouped by their chemical composition.  The rocks show the major sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous rocks found in California.

HALL OF SMALL WONDERS includes displays of radiolarians, diatoms and foraminifera. Look through microscopes to see an amazing world of little creatures of the sea.
